Product Care:

• Most goalkeeper gloves use high-quality latex palms and materials for top grip in all conditions.
• Latex is a soft, natural material subject to wear over time.
• Wear on palms is normal and not covered by warranty.

Prior to Use:

• Rinse gloves thoroughly before first use with clean, lukewarm water.
• This removes impurities from latex production and stitching.
• Washing more than once may improve performance.

After Use:

• Wash gloves with a recommended glove wash or mild detergent to remove dirt.
• Allow gloves to dry naturally.
• Do not dry gloves using any of the following: radiator, hair dryer, airing cupboard, tumble dryer, or direct sunlight.
• Heat can make latex brittle and cause damage.

Latex Wear:

• Latex palms typically show wear from the first use—this is normal.
• Wear depends on factors such as goalkeeper age, technique, surface, preparation, and care.
• Proper care extends glove life.
• Wear usually occurs from contact with the ground or friction (e.g., Velcro, adjusting socks).
• Visible wear does not mean poor performance—gloves continue to grip well until almost all latex is gone.
• Wear may increase during early and late season when pitches are hard.
• Avoid unnecessary contact with the ground when possible.
• Young or inexperienced goalkeepers may experience faster foam wear.
• Gloves typically last for 6–8 games.

Usage Tips:

• If concerned about latex wear, consider gloves with harder-wearing palms instead of soft latex.
• Harder latex lasts longer but offers less grip.
• Use new gloves for matches and older pairs for training or warm-ups.
• Colour on gloves may fade or wear during use—this is normal and does not affect performance.
• Take great care when putting on and removing gloves, especially roll finger styles.
• Remove your hand from the glove gently to avoid stressing seams, fingers, and thumbs.
