Why does it say 'Shipping not available for selected address' at checkout?
If you’re based in the EU please make sure you click on the ‘EUROPE’ products page.  

 

Where is my order confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails unfortunately get sent there by accident. If you have an order reference number i.e #01234, then the order has gone through. If you don't have an email confirmation or a text confirmation at all, then your order hasn't been processed. The pending/doubled payment will be released back to your bank account within a week.

 

I need to change my address/order
Orders CANNOT be changed once they have been placed online as they are sent to the warehouse immediately in order to ensure prompt dispatch. For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to. Failure to provide the correct full address will cause your order will likely be processed but will fail to reach you. 

We are not liable to resend your order or issue a refund if an incorrect or incomplete address in provided.

 

Has your estimated delivery date passed?
Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
