Refund policy

Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue rectify accordingly.

Customers are required to notify us of any incorrect items received. Upon notification, a return label will be issued for the customer to return the item in exchange for the correct item or a refund. Failure to return the incorrect item will result in forfeiture of the refund.
